Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on u88game, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

Registration & KYC Verification

Each individual may hold only one Account on u88game. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed, with any balances in those accounts subject to forfeiture.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts owned by and registered in the same name as the u88game Account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. u88game reserves the right to return funds to source if this condition is not met and to suspend the Account pending investigation.

Withdrawal processing times are indicative and not guaranteed. Typical timeframes are:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): 5–30 minutes after approval.
• Bank Transfer / FPX / DuitNow (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): 15–60 minutes after approval.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20): subject to blockchain network confirmation times, generally 30–60 minutes.

Processing times may extend beyond these estimates during periods of high volume, during banking maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required. u88game will not be held liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

Bonuses & Promotions

u88game offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, referral credits, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of the offer. These Terms provide the general framework governing all bonuses unless more specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

By claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you accept the applicable bonus terms in full. Key general conditions applicable to all bonuses include the following:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., ×10, ×15, or ×20) applied to the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated.
2. Maximum Bet Restriction: While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is typically MYR 250 to MYR 500. Breaching this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
3. Game Contribution: Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table and live dealer games typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
4. Expiry: Bonuses not used or wagering requirements not met within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days) will be forfeited without compensation.
5. Maximum Cash-out: Winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to a maximum cash-out limit, typically five times (×5) the bonus value.
6. Abuse: u88game reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, including coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotional terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Specific rules governing individual sports markets, casino games, and instant games are set out within each product category on the platform. These product-level rules supplement these Terms and are binding on the Player in respect of the relevant games. In the event of conflict between product-level rules and these Terms, the product-level rules shall prevail for that specific game or market.

All bets are processed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. u88game reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors in odds generation, manifest pricing errors, suspicious bet patterns, or where settlement would be contrary to applicable regulations. In cases where a bet is voided due to a manifest error, the stake will be returned to the Account.

For sports betting, u88game accepts no liability for any deterioration in live streaming or data feed quality where such deterioration is caused by third-party data providers or telecommunications infrastructure. Results and scores are confirmed from official sporting bodies and data providers, whose determinations shall be final for settlement purposes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the u88game platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets and bonuses, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or identity documents.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in any way that a human player would not.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or event.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Systematically exploiting bonus or promotional terms in a manner designed to extract value without genuine gaming intent ("bonus abuse").
• Attempting to use the platform whilst subject to a self-exclusion order or account suspension.
• Acting in an abusive, threatening, or harassing manner toward u88game staff or other players.

Termination & Suspension

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting u88game support. Upon closure, any Real Money balance remaining after satisfaction of outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal limits and KYC requirements. Bonus Funds not yet converted to withdrawable winnings will be forfeited upon Account closure.

u88game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, violation of applicable laws, regulatory direction, or where the continued operation of the Account is deemed contrary to responsible gambling principles.

In cases of Account closure initiated by u88game due to Player misconduct, u88game reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and, where applicable, report the matter to relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

The u88game platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure continuous and reliable service, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, u88game shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of gaming sessions, whether or not u88game has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit u88game's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Amendments

u88game reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, u88game will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players, which may include a notification displayed upon next login or communication to the registered email address.

Continued use of the u88game platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should cease use of the platform and contact support to close your Account. The version of these Terms displayed on the u88game website at any given time represents the currently effective version.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
